Unbelievably adapted to the alpine terrain and rocky barren lanscapes these monarchs call home, the bighorn sheep is one of the most majestic animals in North America. Known for their massive horns and dramatic challenges and battles during the mating season, they are truly an amazing animal. Living 10-20 years, the horns of the ram will often bear the scars that they acrue year after year in their epic battles.
